Bankruptcy & Corporate Insolvency

We have wide experience in insolvency law, having been involved in several insolvency cases. 

Our lawyers have acted for either creditor or debtor in bankruptcy and winding up matters and have advised on complex winding up cases involving parent companies and subsidiaries.

Wills, Probate & Administration

We understand that it is never easy losing a loved one, and that many complex, and often difficult emotional issues need to be dealt with. Our experienced lawyers are here to help you.

We will guide you through your responsibilities regarding wills, probate, and letters of administration. We represent families in administering the property of deceased persons. We also act in disputed administration of estates of deceased persons, where families and/or creditors make claims against or in relation to the estate.
